Fancy Magical lights in Lincoln?
As can not be different from other cities, at Christmas time Lincoln (UK) is full of magical lights.
But one thing that I have never seen before is a Christmas tree hanged over a building. That was so strange to me the first time that I saw it. But do I have to recognise that it is so beautiful!!!!
It is also so beautiful the way they decorate their window shops. That is kind of spectacular.
And of course, I can not forget the Ilumination of the Christmas tree that is by the Lincoln Cathedral. Yo know what happen? that the cathedral is so spectacular that it is almost unnoticed.It is not easy to realice that there is a nice Christmas tree!!
But look at this, not jus the streets are light up but also some of the houses..

Fancy Father Christmas with its Reindeer

I have just discovered Thanks to a friend a very interesting event that is coming up this Friday is Lincoln West End, so where We Live. As it say in the website "is an inspiring evening to light up a cold winter's night created entirely by volunteers" http://www.lincoln-west-end-lights.com/index.html. Of course I will be there with the map where the iluminations will appear. By the way one of the places is Oonagh's, a friend living in this area.
I am sure it will be something Special. I will attached the pictures after the event!!!!

And so it was...What a nice night do we had yesterday!!! We were out and about around our neighborhood from 7 to 10 pm looking at all the houses that had perform a proyection over its front house window. I am more than proud of living in such a creative neighborhood. And I think it was a big success because there were lots of people walking around, not just adults but lot of kids, toodlers and even babyes. So just in a word "inspiring".
